Pick up your basic scarecrow to decorate by Friday, September 15th (or call to arrange drop off).
Decorate your scarecrow and return it to the Chamber Office or at Village Hall on State Street by September 22nd.
Voting will take place between September 25th and October 8th.
Winner announced at Trunk or Treat on State Street on October 8th.
Location
Pick up your Scarecrow at the Hampshire Area Chamber of Commerce, 113 W Oak Knoll Drive, Hampshire.
Fees/Admission
$35 includes basic scarecrow to decorate. Voting QR code with your logo will be created by the Chamber and displayed on your scarecrow. All decor must be attached to the scarecrow.
